If a complaint is received by the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board (the Board) about the conduct of a person who is, or was at the time the conduct took place, a registered veterinary surgeon, the Board must investigate the complaint.

Detailed information on responding to an enquiry about a complaint from the Board is contained in the “Guide for Registered Veterinary Surgeons to Respond to an Investigation by the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board of a Complaint” in the Guidelines heading tab.
